Who We Are

Three Stooges Rescue Inc. is a nonprofit animal rescue organization. The Site provides information about our mission, dogs in our care, adoption/foster/volunteer opportunities, ways to donate, and related resources.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others.

Nothing on the Site is veterinary, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Applications (Shelterluv)

Applications for adoption/foster/volunteer opportunities may be submitted through Shelterluv (shelterluv.com). By submitting an application, you agree that:

• Information you provide may be reviewed by our team for rescue operations
  
  
• We may contact references, veterinarians, landlords, or other contacts you provide
  
  
• The application process does not guarantee approval, placement, or adoption
  
  

Shelterluv is a third-party platform and your use of Shelterluv is subject to Shelterluv’s terms and privacy policy.

Donations and Third-Party Payment Platforms

We accept donations via third-party services including PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, CUDDLY, pledge.to, and Stripe. Donations may be processed on those platforms or via links from our Site.

• Third-party terms apply: Your donation is subject to the payment platform’s terms, privacy policy, fees, refund rules, and dispute processes.
  
  
• No guarantee of tax advice: We cannot provide tax advice. Please consult a tax professional regarding deductibility.
  
  
• Use of funds: Donations support our mission and may be used where most needed for rescue operations (including medical care, boarding, transport, supplies, and other costs), unless otherwise legally restricted.
  
  

Communications and User Submissions

If you submit information through the Site (messages, forms, applications, photos, testimonials, etc.), you represent that:

• You have the right to submit it, and it is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  
  
• It does not violate any law or infringe anyone else’s rights
  
  
• It does not contain malicious code
  
  

You grant Three Stooges Rescue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content for rescue operations and communications (for example: processing an application, responding to inquiries, or sharing permitted success stories), unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, and design—is owned by or licensed to Three Stooges Rescue and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View and print pages for personal, noncommercial use
